02
Build your Event
Bring one or more Shows together in one plan. Add the location, proposed times and your requirements. You can save a draft in your account and return to it later.
03
We coordinate the details
Once you submit your plan and the booking fee is verified, we’ll check availability, timing and requirements with the Artists. If the plan needs to change, we’ll propose an alternative. You decide whether to accept it.
04
Approve the final plan
Review the agreed lineup, details and final price. Accept the offer and pay the remaining amount by the stated deadline. Your Event now has an agreed plan and confirmed Artists.
Reservation and payments
Submitting your plan for confirmation involves a €50 booking fee for the whole Event, regardless of the number of Shows or Artists. It counts toward the final price, rather than being an extra cost. We contact the Artists only after payment is verified.
If we cannot confirm your original plan, you can decline the alternatives and cancel the Event with a €50 refund. Once we confirm the original plan or you accept a confirmed alternative, the fee is nonrefundable if you cancel.
The €50 payment must be verified at least 3 days before the first Show. From verified payment, we have 24 hours to confirm your original plan. A draft alone reserves no time, contacts no Artists and costs nothing.
If the original plan is unavailable, you can accept a confirmed replacement or smaller lineup, or decline the alternatives and cancel the Event. Asking about a replacement does not mean accepting it. Rejecting a mandatory extra cost may rule out that Artist, but does not by itself entitle you to a fee refund.
If the fee is collected too late, we won’t start confirmation with the Artists — that attempt will be canceled and the fee refunded.
The balance is the accepted Event price minus €50. The final offer shows the lineup, costs and terms before you accept. Once accepted, the lineup is fixed; a later cancellation covers the whole Event, not individual Shows.
If you accept the offer more than 14 days before the first Show, pay the balance by 14 days before it (T−14). If you accept exactly 14 days before the Show or later, you have up to 24 hours, but payment must be verified at least 24 hours before the first Show. You’ll see the exact deadline after acceptance; a late decision may leave less than 24 hours.
An offer requiring a balance payment cannot be accepted in the last 24 hours before the first Show. Missing the full-payment deadline cancels the Event and releases the Artists’ reservations. A balance collected after the deadline is refunded; the €50 fee remains subject to the confirmed-booking rules.
If the original plan has been confirmed or you’ve accepted a confirmed alternative, the €50 fee is nonrefundable if you cancel. Refunds are calculated only on the balance you have actually paid.
More than 14 days before the first Show, we refund the entire paid balance. From 14 days to more than 7 days, we refund half. From 7 days before the first Show, no refund is due for voluntary cancellation. If you’ve paid only €50, there is nothing to refund when you cancel a confirmed booking.
If we cannot provide the Event and you do not accept a replacement, canceling an Event where no Artist has fulfilled their obligation returns all your payments, including €50.
If one Artist has fulfilled their obligation but another Show is canceled or its Artist does not attend, we refund the full accepted price of the unperformed Show. This refund requires full Event payment and confirmation of the delivery outcomes. We do not split the €50 fee among Shows.
If the Artist is ready but you are absent or cannot provide access, no refund is due. When a refund is due under these rules, we initiate it after cancellation or settlement of the unperformed Show. A failed refund requires contacting support.
