The service
show.market helps Customers arrange an Event with Shows supplied by Artists. Each package describes a distinct service, its inclusions and requirements. Browsing or adding a Show to a plan does not confirm availability or create a Booking.
These terms describe use of the platform. The Event-specific offer and commercial terms shown for your booking record its lineup, price, requirements and deadlines. Previously accepted terms remain attached to that Event.
Your account and information
Provide accurate contact and Event details, keep your password private and use only accounts you are entitled to access. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the service to send spam, impersonate others, upload unlawful material or interfere with security.
Planning and confirmation
Published prices depend on the selected package and configuration. Travel and additional costs are included only when explicitly stated or accepted. Check the location, timing, guest count, access and package requirements before proceeding.
For new V1 Events, the initial €50 booking payment is part of the total Event price. Artists are asked to confirm only after that payment is confirmed. The initial payment must be confirmed at least three days before the first Show; Artist confirmation then has a 24-hour window. A proposed replacement becomes part of the plan only after you accept it.
Payments and cancellation
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the first Show when the final offer is accepted earlier than that. For later acceptance, it is due within 24 hours, and always at least 24 hours before the first Show. An unpaid balance can cause the whole Event to be cancelled.
Once Artists confirm the original plan, the €50 is non-refundable if you choose to cancel. For an alternative plan, this starts when you accept the confirmed alternative. More than 14 days before the first Show, the paid balance is refundable in full; from 14 days to more than seven days, 50% is refundable; at seven days or less, it is non-refundable. If the original plan cannot be confirmed and you accept no confirmed alternative, the €50 is refundable.
If the platform or an Artist cannot provide the accepted Event before any Show is performed, payments are refundable in full, including the €50. If part of the Event has been performed, an unperformed Show is handled separately based on its accepted price and the recorded outcome. Contact us about a problem. These rules do not limit mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
The Event and its requirements
Customers provide the agreed location, access and conditions. Artists provide the accepted Show and its agreed services. Report changes, delays or problems through show.market so they can be recorded and addressed. Contacting support alone does not change a Booking or cancel an Event.
Demo content and creative work
Demo Artists and Shows are clearly marked examples for exploring the platform. They cannot be booked or paid for. Do not treat Demo images or descriptions as evidence of a real Artist's work.
Artists and other rights holders retain rights in their content. Do not copy, redistribute or use it commercially without the appropriate permission.
Questions and updates
Contact us about the service, a complaint or a booking issue. We may update these platform terms as the service changes. Updates do not silently replace the commercial terms already accepted for an existing Event. Applicable consumer and data protection rights continue to apply.
